Standard Use License - loops/samples/soundware

ALL SAMPLES ARE ROYALTY-FREE TO THE END-USER (PURCHASER) HOLDING THE LICENSE.

Use License:

Audio samples purchased from AudioPotion.com remain the property of Licensor (AudioPotion.com), and are licensed, not sold, to you (licensee) for use in media creation.

A right to use the purchased sounds is granted to the original end-user of the product (Licensee) and is NON-transferable.

The Licensee may use all or part of the sounds and may modify the sounds. The Licensee may use these sounds for commercial purposes within the context of a musical composition.

This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing, or other distribution of these audio samples, either as they exist on each disc or this internet server, or any modification of the original sample. You cannot lend, rent, upload or download to or from any database or server, assign or transfer any or all of the audio samples to another user, or use them in any product that would compete with these samples.

Licensor will not be responsible if the audio samples do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. The audio samples are licensed 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AudioPotion.com or any other affilliate companies cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of any audio samples licensed from this site in whatever form, or a delayed or lost shipment. Licensee agrees to use the audio samples in compliance with the supported interfaces and system requirements published for each product.

Licensor shall not be responsible for, or guarantee the performance or compatibility of, audio samples that are used in a format that they were not programmed for.

All audio samples offered by AudioPotion.com may be used for compositions that are used in "music libraries or production libraries" if and only if the entire loop is not exposed by itself during the composition.

All audio samples may be used by more than one licensee and are non-exclusive to the licensee. Each licensee using audio samples must retain proof of original purchase.

Licensee is granted the right to use these audio samples in a royalty-free context. No future compensation will be required for musical compositions created with these audio samples.

Credits: AudioPotion.com does NOT require credit for any samples used in a commercial musical context. We do appreciate, however, any credit that is given to us.
